DiamondKote DKW-3551B is a water-based semi-permanent mold release agent designed to release a variety of elastomeric materials such as Natural, SBR, NBR, and most sulfur cured elastomers.
MOST VERSATILE formulation for sulfur-cured rubber compounds including natural, SBR, EPDM, nitrile, and butyl, little transfer for rubber to metal bonded parts
FEATURES
- Forms a tough, durable release film
- Reduces transfer
- Facilitates good rubber flow
- Can be used in other molding operations utilizing MDI as a bonder
- Can be used for the molding of elastomeric PUR at molding temperatures above 180o F
